Terms and conditions

• Last Man Standing Event – Terms and Conditions
  
  1. **Eligibility**
  
     * Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Last Man Standing competition.
     * Proof of age may be requested if required.
  
  2. **Ticket Purchase**
  
     * Entry fee is **$100 per person**.
     * Ticket price includes entry into the Last Man Standing competition and food provided during the event.
     * Tickets are transferable with notification to the event organisers prior to the event.
  
  3. **Refund Policy**
  
     * Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the club.
     * If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be advised of refund arrangements.
  
  4. **Competition Rules**
  
     * Participants are not required to be present at the event to remain eligible in the competition.
     * The organisers' decisions regarding the competition, results and any disputes are final.
  
  5. **Side Prizes, Auctions and Raffles**
  
     * Side prizes, auctions and raffles may be conducted throughout the evening.
     * Separate terms and conditions may apply to specific prizes, raffles and auction items.
     * Prize winners do not need to be present on the night to win and may arrange collection of prizes following the event.
     * The club reserves the right to substitute advertised prizes with prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances require, including where a donated prize becomes unavailable.
  
  6. **Responsible Behaviour**
  
     * All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
     * The club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe.
  
  7. **Photography and Promotion**
  
     * Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
     * By attending, participants consent to the use of such images by the club unless they advise organisers otherwise.
  
  8. **Liability**
  
     * Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
     * Albion Rovers FC, its committee members, volunteers and sponsors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or theft occurring during the event, except where required by law.
  
  9. **Event Changes**
  
     * The club reserves the right to alter the event format, schedule, prizes, competition structure or activities should circumstances require.
  
  10. **Support for the Club**
  
  * This event is conducted as a fundraising initiative for Albion Rovers FC.
  * Funds raised will contribute towards the ongoing operation, development and improvement of club facilities, equipment, programs and opportunities for players and members.
  
  The club will endevour to provide you with your requested lucky ticket number if it is available. Ticket numbers are allocated on a first paid basis. If you're preferred number is not available you will be required to choose another from the remaining pool.
  
  By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
